All registrations must include payment to reserve a space in any program.
Fitness Classes
The classes we offer at RRCC Fitness Center are subject to change based on attendance levels or by instructor request. Classes will run for the entire month as advertised.

WE NOW OFFER ZUMBA!!!!!
Zumba is an aerobic exercise with Latin-Style dance movements that’s moderately easy to learn since it incorporates basic routins with embellishments. The benefits of Zumba is that is REVs up your metabolism and can burn 450 calories per hour. When done properly, it promotes cardiovascular health!! Classes are held on Mondays with Melanie and on Thursday with Jeanie and begin at 6:30pm.
Fees for ZUMBA are:
- Members: $5.00
- NON-Members: $10.00
The following is a list of weekly group classes offered at The Ridge:
Boot Camp w/Gayle… (Mondays.. 9:30am to 10:30am)
This cross training class is sure to give you a physical challenge. It combines fast paced drills to keep your heart rate up as you work your whole body from head to toe.
Bands and Balls w/Shelli… (Tuesdays.. 5:00pm to 6:00pm)
Use stability balls and resistance bands for a total body workout that will test your balance, coordination and core strength.
Interval Challenge w/Gayle… (Wednesdays.. 9:30am to 10:30am)
Combines stretching, toning, stepping and a great cardio workout. Definitely a great workout for the beginner to the intermediate. Work at your own pace.
Hatha Yoga (Wednesday’s… 6:30pm to 7:30pm & Friday’s.. 9:30am to 10:30am)
Hatha Yoga is based on asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques. It became popular in the west in the second half of the 20th century, and is often referred to simply as “yoga” in the context of health and physical exercise. Hatha Yoga is a good place to learn poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga. Taught by Kristen Lambert of Experience Nirvana Foundation. Please bring your own mat.
NO IMPACT Fitness w/Lisa… (Thursdays.. 9:15am to 10:15am)
This class is guaranteed to get you into shape and feeling good again WITHOUT the bouncing, jogging and aerobic workout that stresses your joints or your heart! Balance and flexibility exercises are combined to strengthen your entire body, ending with a relaxing stretch!
Body Sculpting w/Lisa… (Thursdays.. 10:30am to 11:30am)
Tone and strengthen muscles with resistance exercises that utilize equipment such as free weights, body bars, ankle weights, fit balls and more. Added benefit includes improved muscle endurance, better posture and correct alignment.
B.L.A.S.T. w/Shelli… (Thursday.. 5:00pm to 6:00pm)
B.L.A.S.T. stands for Butts, Legs, Abs, Arms, Slight Cardio and Toning!! All you wanted in a exercise class and more!!
Ab Attack w/Shelli… (Saturdays.. 8:45am to 9:15am)
This 30 minute class will help you firm those flabby abs and increase your tone.
Body Toning, Strength and Tone w/Shelli… (Saturdays.. 9:15am to 10:15am)
For all levels of fitness is designed to strengthen those pesky buns, thighs, abs and arms. This class will devote approximately 10 mins. for flattening the stomach, 25 minutes toning those buns and thighs, and 25 minutes strengthening the upper body!
The fee for the classes listed above will be as follows:
