Sensei Kim Holzworth goes to Okinawa, Japan to train under Kyoshi Nohara, president and founder of the International Okinawa Shorinryu Karatedo Kobudo Assoc.  Kyoshi is currently the rank of Eighth Degree Black Belt.  Congratulations Kim!  What an experience.

On April 19th our students went to the Bethelehem Karate Academy to participate in a tournament and brought back lots of trophies!! Congratulations to all students!

ASSISTANT TO GYMNASTICS COACH

Adult preferred to work Wednesdays, 2:30pm to 9:15pm assisting our gymnastics coach. Gymnastics/cheerleading experience a plus but not required. Will train the right person to spot and teach students the proper forms and techniques used in floor gymnastics. Current session ends May 30th. The next session begins September, no classes during the summer months.

Opening day at the pool is Saturday, May 24, 2008 from 1:00 to 6:00p.m., when we will kick off the 2008 season.  Admission to the pool is free all Memorial Day weekend. After the Holiday weekend, the pool is only open on Saturdays and Sundays from 1to 6 p.m. until the weekend of June 21st when the facility begins full times hours everyday of the week.  (Determined by DVRHS District School Schedules)
