Undulating, challenging course through scenic Holland Township.  Runners assemble at the Holland firehouse on Rt. 519 and Andersen Rd. by 8:45AM.  Post race refreshments for all runners.  Come ready to run, no locker rooms available.  T-Shirts to first 100 entrants.  Awards to be announced.  Check in begins at 7:30AM and will conclude at 8:30AM sharp!!  Entry fee is $20 if received by 8/15, after this date the fee will be $25.   Click here for registration form

Sensei Kim Holzworth goes to Okinawa, Japan to train under Kyoshi Nohara, president and founder of the International Okinawa Shorinryu Karatedo Kobudo Assoc.  Kyoshi is currently the rank of Eighth Degree Black Belt.  Congratulations Kim!  What an experience.
